Champions, More or Less

We use some approximation of Champions 4, with some of the ECNG house rules (but not all of them, confusingly enough), plus strange things like a reversion to the 3rd edition version of Increased Knockback. Characters are built on 100+disads (mostly around 100pts of disads), but only (age in years)*10 points could be spent initially. Anything above that went into Potential. Potential is a house rule that lets you trade reduced power now for much more power later. Whenever you spend one experience point, you may also convert one point of Potential to something useful, and in addition get another point (recorded as "Potential Realized" under Disads to keep the bookkeeping straight). So, every point put into Potential initially will become two points, but only at the rate at which you gain experience.
