Watch

I woke up this morning to 3-5-0-0, which is one of the more upsetting songs from Hair. After turning it off to snooze for a bit I had a series of upsetting dreams -- people from high school in my living room, finding a dead spider in the food I was eating -- not even dreams, really, so much as tableaux. Sigh. All I can say is that it seemed like a good idea when I went to sleep.

Gaming last night was not nearly as weird as I expected, which was nice. We ran the Chicago war again, since we're still missing one of the people for our usual game. Mike tried very hard to give me a lot of screen time, which was unfortunate because I was dead tired and not in a great mood. There were just too many damn people around, many of whom -- okay, one of whom -- seemed much more interested in listening to my conversations than I was comfortable with. Had I been more energetic I probably would've just given this person a hard time, but as it was I curled up into a ball and sulked.

It's almost the weekend! Mage has been unfortunately cancelled due to Al & Robin both having colds, but there's still the gingerbread party on Sunday, and I'm trying to stir up interest in board-gaming Saturday. Plus, without Mage to wake up for, I can sleep nice and late on Saturday. This will be a major win.

Oklahoma approaches. Oh, my.
